  在近日举行的2025中国汽车论坛上,多位业内人士认为,要推动中国汽车产业有序出海,防止内卷外溢。

  中国汽车工业协会数据显示,今年上半年,我国汽车出口外销308.3万辆,同比增长10.4%。

  中东市场成为重要增长力量

  特殊的地理位置、独特的消费习惯和旺盛的购买力,使得中东成为众多车企出海的重要目标市场。

  全国乘用车市场信息联席会秘书长崔东树在其近日发布的《2025年1~5月中国汽车出口市场分析》中指出,中国汽车出口从过去对中南美洲占比较高,和对东南亚、南亚等亚洲其它地区表现较强,逐步转到目前对中南美、中东表现相对较强的特征,对阿联酋和沙特的出口明显提升。

  从今年上半年的中国汽车出海版图来看,对俄罗斯出口占比下降,对中南美和中东的出口有所增长。在2025年1~5月,在中国累计整车出口总量的前10国家中,阿联酋和沙特分别以189547辆和119564辆位居第二和第七。增量前5国家中,对阿联酋出口贡献巨大,以74046辆排在出口增量首位。

  中东也是奇瑞重要的增量市场之一。根据易车榜2025年上半年方盒子SUV销量榜单,今年1~6月,捷途旅行者(配置|询价)累计销量突破7.17万辆,名列方盒子市场销量第一;其中出口销量突破3.52万辆,占该车型销量49%,在方盒子市场出口销量中也排名第一。

  在上述论坛中,多位业界人士都呼唤有序出海,防止内卷外溢。

  奇瑞汽车股份有限公司董事长尹同呼吁创建一个可持续的、有序的出海环境,也希望政府对企业经营能力提升有一定的耐心,品牌建设和技术创新、技术突破都需要时间。“奇瑞要做一个出海文明的使者,争取成为国家‘走出去’的代表和连接世界的纽带。”他表示。

  中国汽车工程研究院股份有限公司总经理刘安民提到,中国车企要实现从“走出去”到“走进去”及“走上去”,一是深化本土融合,必须深入研究目标市场的用户需求、文化习惯和法规体系;二是要强化风险管控,包括汇率波动风险、合规风险、质量风险等;三是要构筑韧性生态,联合产业链上下游,共同构建全球化的服务生态体系,形成整体合力。

  中国汽车工业协会常务副会长兼秘书长付炳锋也表示,中汽协正在采取措施,推动企业在出海过程中尊重当地文化和法律。“中国车企在走向国际化之时,需要‘把家里的事情’处理好,拒绝‘内卷’式竞争。”

Cui Dongshu, Secretary General of the National Passenger Car Market Information Joint Committee, pointed out in his recently released "Analysis of China's Automobile Export Market from January to May 2025" that China's automobile exports have gradually shifted from a relatively high proportion to Central and South America in the past, and a strong performance to other regions in Asia such as Southeast Asia and South Asia, to a relatively strong performance in Central and South America and the Middle East, with a significant increase in exports to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

From the first half of this year, the proportion of Chinese automobile exports to Russia has decreased, while exports to Central and South America and the Middle East have increased. From January to May 2025, among the top 10 countries in China's cumulative total vehicle exports, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia ranked second and seventh with 189547 and 119564 vehicles respectively. Among the top 5 countries in terms of increment, the United Arab Emirates has made a huge contribution to exports, ranking first in export increment with 74046 vehicles.

The Middle East is also one of Chery's important incremental markets. According to the Yiche Ranking's first half of 2025 sales list for square box SUVs, from January to June this year, the cumulative sales of Jetour Traveler (configuration | inquiry) exceeded 71700 units, ranking first in the square box market sales; Among them, the export sales exceeded 35200 units, accounting for 49% of the sales of this model, and it also ranked first in the export sales of the square box market.

Liu Anmin, General Manager of China Automotive Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd., mentioned that in order for Chinese car companies to achieve the transition from "going out" to "going in" and "going up", firstly, deepening local integration requires in-depth research on the user needs, cultural habits, and regulatory system of the target market; Secondly, we need to strengthen risk management, including exchange rate volatility risk, compliance risk, quality risk, etc; The third is to build a resilient ecosystem, unite the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, jointly construct a global service ecosystem, and form an overall synergy.
